American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN) has appointed Alec Rossa as chief revenue officer, tasking the longtime executive with leading the company’s global commercial strategy as it advances development of its proprietary Texatron Fusion Engine. Rossa will oversee customer development, strategic partnerships, government and institutional relationships and commercialization of the company’s planned Power-as-a-Service (PaaS) business model.
Rossa previously spent nearly two decades as president and CEO of MD Charlton Ltd., where he expanded the business into Canada’s largest national distributor of police and tactical equipment while building relationships across government, defense and public safety organizations. The company said Rossa’s experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing institutional procurement programs aligns with its long-term strategy of owning and operating fusion systems while supplying electricity under long-term service agreements.
American Fusion said it will continue engaging with government agencies, defense organizations, utilities, industrial customers and strategic partners as the Texatron platform advances through engineering, testing and validation toward future commercialization. The appointment signals the company’s focus on building a robust commercial framework ahead of product deployment.
The Texatron Fusion Engine is a neutronic fusion platform designed for modular, infrastructure-grade deployment across industrial, commercial, and grid-constrained applications. The company’s development strategy emphasizes system-level engineering, disciplined intellectual property protection, and scalable architectures intended to support long-term commercial operation, while maintaining a focus on capital discipline and transparent corporate governance.
