APPlife Digital Solutions, Inc. (OTCID:ALDS) announced its second quarter fiscal 2026 financial results, reporting record revenue of $894,309 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, a 93% increase from $464,172 in the previous quarter. The company attributes this growth to the technical rebuild and improvements of its flagship e-commerce platform, LiftKits4Less.com, which expanded inventory selection and enhanced digital media efforts, boosting site traffic and conversion rates.
Gross profit rose to $226,854, or 25% gross margin, up from $105,024 and 23% in the prior quarter. Operating expenses increased to $774,701 from $467,966, reflecting higher costs for labor, advertising, professional fees, and regulatory filings as the company expanded its product lines, including the Sugar Auto Parts acquisition. The net loss for the quarter was $998,866, compared to net income of $96,322 in the prior quarter, due to increased costs related to regulatory filings and advertising for Sugar Auto Parts.
Key operational highlights include the rebuild of LiftKits4Less.com's technical infrastructure with real-time inventory synchronization and automated fulfillment. The company increased real-time SKU access to over 175,000, a 40% increase from earlier in 2025, with a target of 350,000 to 450,000 SKUs by the end of fiscal 2026. Operational efficiency improved through enhanced platform architecture and integrations with warehouse distributors.
CEO Michael Hill stated, "The second quarter of fiscal 2026 marks another milestone for APPlife, with substantial revenue growth validating our strategic focus on platform optimization and targeted media ramp-up. These results demonstrate the scalability of our e-commerce model and position us for continued aggressive growth across our portfolio, including LiftKits4Less.com and the emerging SugarAutoParts.com multi-seller marketplace."
Looking ahead, APPlife remains focused on sustained growth through operational excellence and product innovation, balancing organic initiatives with disciplined capital allocation. The company continues to evaluate selective acquisition opportunities that align with strategic priorities and offer value creation potential, emphasizing high-quality targets that complement its existing portfolio. Management expressed optimism about market opportunities and confidence in delivering meaningful progress.
