Revenue for the quarter rose to $4.2 million from $2.5 million in the prior-year quarter, while fiscal year-to-date revenue increased 67% to $13.5 million from $8.1 million. The company submitted a formal application to the Federal Reserve and Wyoming Division of Banking for the proposed acquisition of Commercial Bancorp of Wyoming and executed a Letter of Intent to acquire Ark Financial Services and its broker-dealer subsidiary, Dawson James Securities.
