The Brooklyn Tabernacle’s Pastor Jim Cymbala and Carol Cymbala, Grammy Award–winning choir director, will host the Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire Conference from October 2–4, 2026, in New York City. The conference aims to refresh and equip those serving in ministry through two specialized tracks: one focused on teaching for pastors, ministry leaders, and lay workers, and another on music for worship leaders, choir members, and music ministry teams.
Participants in the teaching track will receive biblical encouragement and engage in collective prayer, while those in the music track will gain insights into deepening spiritual impact through worship. Music track attendees will also have the rare opportunity to rehearse and sing with the Grammy-winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
“I’ve had the privilege of pastoring for more than five decades, and I know firsthand the challenges and blessings of ministry,” said Pastor Jim Cymbala. “The Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire Conference is about helping leaders and worship teams go home with a renewed heart and a fresh fire for what God has called them to do.”
Pastor Jim Cymbala is known for over five decades of pastoral leadership and for authoring best-selling books such as Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire, Fan the Flame, and Jesus Every Day. His ministry has inspired pastors and believers worldwide to deepen commitment to prayer and biblical preaching. Carol Cymbala has led the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir to seven Grammy Awards, gaining global recognition for worship marked by heartfelt, Spirit-led excellence.
“Music is a powerful tool for ministry,” noted Carol Cymbala. “My prayer is that every worship leader, singer, and musician who attends will encounter God’s presence in a life-changing way.”
The conference will be held at the Brooklyn Tabernacle, located at 17 Smith Street, Brooklyn, NY. Registration is open at https://www.brooklyntabernacle.org/fresh-wind-fresh-fire-conference/. For more information, follow the Brooklyn Tabernacle on Facebook or Instagram.
