Datavault AI Plans Strategic Minerals Platform With Patriot Strategic Metals

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced a proposed strategic partnership with Patriot Strategic Metals LLC to jointly develop the Strategic Materials Acquisition Platform, an institutional digital infrastructure platform designed to support the financing, tokenization, settlement and lifecycle management of strategic mineral assets. According to the press release, the platform would combine Patriot Strategic Metals’ strategic metals operations with Datavault AI’s real-world asset tokenization technology, AI-enabled digital infrastructure and blockchain-based settlement capabilities.

The proposed partnership contemplates an initial Phase I platform development program of up to $700 million, subject to financing, definitive agreements, board approvals and regulatory requirements, with approximately $62 million allocated for Datavault AI-related technology integration, licensing and platform development. Datavault AI said the framework is intended to create recurring revenue opportunities through technology licensing, platform services and transaction-based activities, while providing the company with a 25% share of net distributable platform profits unless otherwise agreed for specific transactions or special purpose vehicles.

This initiative underscores the growing intersection of blockchain technology, AI, and critical mineral supply chains. By tokenizing strategic minerals, the platform could enhance liquidity and transparency in an asset class traditionally characterized by opaque and illiquid markets. The involvement of Datavault AI, which specializes in AI-driven data experiences and asset monetization in the Web 3.0 environment, suggests a move toward digitizing physical commodities to attract institutional investment.

Datavault AI’s technology suite includes its Acoustic Sciences division featuring WiSA, ADIO and Sumerian patented technologies for wireless high-definition sound transmission, and its Data Science division leveraging Web 3.0 and high-performance computing for data perception, valuation and monetization. The company’s Information Data Exchange enables Digital Twins and secure attachment of physical objects to immutable metadata. For more details, visit https://dvlt.ai.

The partnership with Patriot Strategic Metals could position Datavault AI to capitalize on the growing demand for strategic minerals critical to defense, energy, and technology sectors. The platform’s development is subject to several conditions, including financing and regulatory approvals, but if successful, it could set a precedent for how digital assets and real-world assets converge in the mining and metals industry.
