Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it will host its first Analyst and Investor Day on August 4, 2026, in New York City. The event is expected to outline the company's strategic roadmap and demonstrate technologies supporting its AI-powered data monetization and real-world asset tokenization platform.

Management plans to provide a live demonstration of the Information Data Exchange (IDE), an update on the expansion of the SanQtum distributed GPU edge network, and details surrounding the pending acquisition and planned integration of the NYIAX advertising exchange into Datavault AI's broader blockchain ecosystem. The company also expects to discuss the commercialization of its tokenization and exchange platforms, including agreements covering an estimated $800 million in real-world assets and its target of at least $200 million in 2026 revenue.

Additional presentations will focus on scaling the SanQtum network to approximately 48,000 GPUs across more than 100 U.S. cities by year-end, as well as plans to launch AI-enabled marketplaces for licensing and trading tokenized data, commodities, advertising, sports and entertainment rights and other digital and real-world assets during the second half of 2026.
