Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) has entered 2026 with significant momentum, driven by international success in Africa and Central America during the fourth quarter of 2025 and multiple key deployments scheduled for the new year. The company is poised for growth amid global nitrogen shortages caused by Middle East turmoil and rising regulatory pressures on chemical fertilizers.

EZES operates Terreplenish production facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida, providing year-round access to food waste used in its certified organic microbial solution with LIVE ACTIVE microbes. Additionally, a series of Easy FEN™ units are being built at the Mankato, MN factory, with the first scheduled for deployment to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons per year of liquid Terreplenish microbial solution using local organic waste streams, reducing production costs while improving soil fertility, water retention, and crop resilience. These modular, fully automated units allow production and revenue generation locally, insulated from geopolitical forces.
Field trials across three continents have yielded consistent positive results. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and The Congo demonstrated substantial yield increases for multiple plant varieties. In Central America, focus has been on flowers, shrubs, and turf for city beautification projects in Panama. In North America, trials from Mexico to Florida have yielded great results. Upcoming tests include corn, wheat, and a variety of fruit and garden vegetables. Additionally, ash tree trials are continuing to combat the emerald ash borer infestation, with a goal to treat over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest this spring.
EZES has initiated an aggressive marketing campaign through trade shows and distributor partnerships. After being named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, the company attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with representatives of over 800 retail outlets. The company also attended the Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, gaining exposure to over 2,000 golf course directors worldwide. As a long-time partner with the U.S. Composting Council, EZES participated in their annual conference, highlighting how Terreplenish accelerates decomposition and suppresses methane gas. At the World Ag Expo in California, over 100,000 attendees from 70 countries received Terreplenish favorably.

EZES also announced the termination of a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock, as both parties decided not to proceed after due diligence.
