Fitzroy Minerals Inc. (TSXV: FTZ, OTCQB: FTZFF) announced the appointment of Mr. Victor Flores as a Non-Executive Director, effective January 6, 2026. The appointment is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Flores brings extensive experience in resource capital markets, having worked as a resources analyst, portfolio manager, and chief investment officer. He spent eleven years as a Managing Director and Senior Mining Analyst at HSBC, followed by nine years as a portfolio manager for Paulson & Co. Since 2018, he has served as a mining sector consultant, including six years as Director of Strategic Projects for Orion Resource Partners. His background includes a Bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences and a Master's degree in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin, and he has been a CFA charter holder since 1992.
