Frontieras North America Appoints Rachael Crump to Board, Names Audit Committee Chair

Frontieras North America, an energy and environmental technology company commercializing its patented FASForm(TM) Solid Carbon Fractionation process, has appointed Rachael Crump to its board of directors and named her chair of the Audit Committee. Crump, a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, joins the board as the company advances commercialization of its first FASForm(TM) facility in Mason County, West Virginia. The appointment expands the board to seven directors, four of whom are independent.

Crump currently serves as chief accounting officer of Insight Enterprises, where she oversees global accounting, financial reporting, compliance and corporate financial planning across 19 countries. Frontieras said her experience in financial reporting, audit oversight, SEC compliance and corporate governance will support the company’s continued focus on disciplined execution, transparency and long-term growth.

This appointment is significant because it strengthens Frontieras’ governance structure at a critical juncture. The company is moving from research and development to commercialization with its first facility. Having an experienced financial leader like Crump on the board, particularly as audit committee chair, signals to investors and partners that Frontieras is committed to robust internal controls and transparent reporting. This can instill confidence as the company seeks funding and partnerships for its technology.

The FASForm process transforms coal and other hydrocarbons into clean-burning fuels, hydrogen, industrial carbon, and agricultural products. As the world seeks cleaner energy solutions, Frontieras aims to provide abundant, affordable, and available energy through market-driven innovation. The appointment of Crump may also help in navigating regulatory and financial complexities associated with new energy technologies.
