The agreement, effective May 12, 2026, through April 11, 2027, tasks Plutus with developing and executing an advertisement-based investor awareness campaign focused on the European investment market.
Under the agreement, Plutus will provide consultation on advertorial marketing and public relations strategies, as well as design and implement the campaign. Generation Uranium has committed a media budget ranging from EUR 100,000 to EUR 250,000, payable upon commencement of services. The agreement was negotiated at arm's length, and Plutus and its principals are independent of the Company. The engagement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
