Golden Cariboo Resources Launches New Website and Engages Interactive Offers for Digital Marketing

Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (CSE:GCC) (OTC:GCCFF) announced the launch of its newly redesigned corporate website, aimed at providing enhanced access to project information, exploration updates, and corporate developments related to its flagship Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property in British Columbia's Cariboo Gold District. The new website, accessible at www.goldencariboo.com, features improved navigation, updated technical content, and expanded investor resources.

The website redesign reflects the company's continued advancement of drilling and trenching programs across its 94,899-hectare land package. Golden Cariboo is focused on rediscovering the Cariboo Gold Rush through highly targeted exploration on its property, which is bordered by Osisko Development and located along a favourable corridor adjacent to the Spanish and Eureka thrust faults. The property historically includes over 101 placer gold creeks that have recorded production.

In conjunction with the website launch, Golden Cariboo has engaged Interactive Offers, a digital marketing platform, to support online awareness initiatives and broaden distribution of corporate updates. Interactive Offers will implement targeted digital campaigns aimed at increasing visibility among retail and institutional investors. Under the agreement, Interactive Offers will receive USD $30,000 for a three-week marketing program commencing February 12, 2026.

The Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property is located 4 kilometers northeast of Hixon in central British Columbia. It includes the Quesnelle Quartz gold-silver deposit, discovered in 1865 and developed over a footprint of about 150m x 150m at the Main zone. The geological setting shows strong similarities with the Spanish Mountain gold deposit, situated 120 km southeast along the same geological trend. As a sediment-hosted vein deposit, the Spanish Mountain deposit is considered an epizonal orogenic gold deposit, a class that includes some of the world's largest deposits such as Muruntau in Uzbekistan and Bendigo in Australia.

Golden Cariboo's strategic position within one of Canada's most historic gold-producing regions, combined with the new digital outreach, underscores the company's commitment to communicating its geological thesis and exploration results to a broader audience. The enhanced website and marketing campaign are expected to improve investor engagement and support the company's ongoing exploration activities.
