This model allows patients of all ages to access coordinated, specialist-level care without being referred across multiple offices. This reflects a broader shift in dentistry toward integrated, multidisciplinary practices designed to improve both the patient experience and clinical outcomes.

The organization's orthodontic heritage traces back to 1960, when Fulton Orthodontics opened as one of Hampton Roads' pioneering orthodontic practices. A decade later, Albinder Orthodontics was founded, building its own tradition of personalized care. Both practices, along with Virginia Beach Orthodontics, have since become part of the Behl Orthodontics network, which Dr. Behl has grown to seven locations across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, and Yorktown since founding the practice in 2010.
Dr. Behl's credentials include a dental degree, advanced postdoctoral training at Boston University, a Doctor of Science in Oral Biology, and specialty certification in orthodontics. He is a Diamond Invisalign provider and completed an Executive MBA at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business in 2026, strengthening his focus on strategy and healthcare leadership as the organization scales.
