Instinct Bio Partners With INVITRX to Expand GENREVER Into U.S. and Boost Indonesia Regenerative Medicine

Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: BIOT) announced today that its subsidiaries have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Invitrx Therapeutics, Inc. to advance two key initiatives: the manufacture and sale of GENREVER cosmetic products in the United States and the potential supply of concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center in Indonesia.

The collaboration builds on a six-year commercial relationship during which Instinct Bio sourced principal raw materials from INVITRX. Under the proposed framework, Instinct Bio intends to license the GENREVER trademark, while its subsidiary Artisans Production will contribute proprietary formulations and raw materials. INVITRX is expected to manufacture GENREVER products at its U.S. GMP manufacturing facility, positioning the brand as a premium Japanese cosmetics line for the U.S. market, subject to regulatory requirements.

In Indonesia, the parties plan to collaborate on initiatives supporting proposed clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center. INVITRX is expected to supply concentrated exosomes and conditioned media as the parties evaluate opportunities to establish a localized regenerative medicine platform in one of Asia's rapidly growing healthcare markets.

Tomoki Nagano, CEO of Instinct Bio, stated: "This collaboration represents an important step in our strategy to expand Instinct Bio's international platform. By bringing together the GENREVER brand, Artisans Production's proprietary formulations and INVITRX's U.S. GMP manufacturing capabilities, we believe we are creating a strong foundation for future growth in both the United States and Southeast Asia."

The parties intend to negotiate definitive commercial agreements covering manufacturing, supply, and commercialization while progressing regulatory assessments. The MOA establishes a framework, but there is no assurance that definitive agreements will be reached or that the proposed initiatives will be completed.

This strategic move highlights Instinct Bio's commitment to expanding its regenerative medicine and cosmetics footprint internationally. For more information about Instinct Bio, visit https://instinct-biot.com/. The original press release is available on www.newmediawire.com.
