LaFleur Minerals Secures $7.8 Million to Restart Gold Production at Beacon Mill in Abitibi Belt

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has completed three funding rounds totaling more than $7.8 million, enabling the company to restart gold production operations at its Beacon Gold Mill and Mine in Val d’Or, Quebec. The capital infusion includes a non-brokered hard-dollar private placement, a Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE) offering, and a tax flow-through eligible offering, all of which closed successfully.

The Beacon Gold Mill, located on Route 117, is fully permitted to process up to 750 metric tons of ore per day and 1.8 million metric tons of tailings. The mill is in a state of readiness, with an existing stockpile of gold ore on site for a trial processing run. This restart positions LaFleur as a near-term gold producer in a Tier 1 jurisdiction, Canada's largest gold-producing region, the Abitibi Gold Belt.

In addition to processing its own ore, LaFleur plans to offer custom milling services as a secondary revenue stream, handling processing orders from regional operators. The company's Swanson Gold Project, located about 60 km south of the mill, could provide additional mineralized material for processing.

The funding announcement (https://ibn.fm/B0qKe) comes as LaFleur prepares to commission the mill and begin generating revenue. The company's strategy combines district-scale exploration with processing infrastructure, a rare combination in the mining sector. Louis Martin, P.Geo., Exploration Manager and Technical Advisor, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this release.

LaFleur Minerals is focused on creating value through production restart and exploration. With the new capital, the company aims to demonstrate the viability of its operations and establish a steady revenue stream. The Abitibi Gold Belt has historically produced over 200 million ounces of gold, and LaFleur's assets are strategically located within this prolific region.
