Esthetician Corlette Barrett has opened Lette's Skynn, a new salon located in Suite #214 of the Arlington Salon & Spa Galleria at 700 Six Flags Drive. The salon offers full-body waxing and signature facial services for men, women, and teens, with a focus on personalized care.
Lette's Skynn provides comprehensive hair removal services, including full-face or targeted treatments for brows, upper lip, chin, and sideburns, as well as body waxing for areas such as underarms, chest, stomach, back, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, and feet. Intimate waxing services, including Brazilian, manzilion, and bikini line, are also available. For skincare, the signature "Glo Facial" package aims to restore natural radiance through a multi-step process involving skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, massage, toner, mask, moisturizer, and SPF application. Optional LED light therapy can promote healing, stimulate collagen, and slow skin aging, while high frequency machine use targets bacteria, calms breakouts, reduces inflammation, and promotes a healthy glow for acne-prone skin.
Ms. Barrett brings nearly a decade of experience to her new venture, having trained at the Steiner Institute of Esthetics in Richardson, Texas, where she studied basic skin science, skincare and hair removal techniques, advanced treatments such as high frequency and LED therapy, safety and sanitation, and business management. She emphasizes building rapport and long-term relationships with clients, aiming to "improve and maintain your best skin" while ensuring they "are going to laugh and have a good time."
Lette's Skynn operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 1:30pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 4pm, by appointment only to ensure privacy and individualized attention.
