The programme is designed for management teams, executive teams and boards, particularly where decisions are slow or repeatedly reopened, strategy execution has stalled, there is tension or distrust at board or exco level, leaders are pulling in different directions or working to competing priorities, or a new CEO, merger or restructure has left the leadership team unaligned. Each engagement is tailored to the specific outcomes desired by the client. Some run as a two-day leadership retreat, while others run as multi-month alignment and optimisation projects.
