Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. (TSX.V: LMG) announced the results of its 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders, held on July 16, 2026. With 16,773,870 common shares voted, representing 60.32% of the issued and outstanding shares, shareholders approved all proposals with overwhelming support, reflecting confidence in the company's direction.

Among the key outcomes, shareholders voted 99.67% in favor of fixing the number of directors at three. The election of directors was also approved, with the list of elected directors available in the company's management information circular. The appointment of Davidson Company LLP as auditors received unanimous approval at 100.00%.

The re-approval of the company's rolling 10% stock option plan, dated August 31, 2022, was supported by 99.94% of votes. This plan is essential for attracting and retaining key personnel.
