Loyalist Exploration Releases Grade-Tonnage Sensitivity Data to Guide Tully Gold PEA

Loyalist Exploration Limited has released additional grade-tonnage sensitivity information for the 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate on its wholly-owned Tully Gold Project in the Timmins Gold Camp, Ontario. The data, derived from the independent Technical Report prepared by P&E Mining Consultants Inc., will inform the Preliminary Economic Assessment currently underway. The announcement matters because it offers investors a clearer view of how the resource responds to different cut-off grades, a key factor in determining the economic viability of underground mining scenarios.

The sensitivity table reports the underground Mineral Resource Estimate constrained by a 1.1 g/t gold cut-off and a 1.25-metre minimum mining width for stopes. It shows how tonnage and grade vary across a range of reporting cut-off grades from 1.0 to 3.0 g/t gold. According to the company, the data illustrates the presence of a higher-grade core that remains robust even at elevated cut-offs. This information will help evaluate different underground mining scenarios and optimize the approach to the PEA. The full Table 1: Tully Gold Project – Sensitivities of Underground Mineral Resource Estimate is available for review.

The base-case Mineral Resource Estimate, at a 1.1 g/t gold cut-off without the additional stope-width constraint, consists of an Indicated Resource of 1.62 million tonnes grading 3.16 g/t gold containing 164,000 ounces, and an Inferred Resource of 0.95 million tonnes grading 2.03 g/t gold containing 62,000 ounces. The sensitivity analysis is based on mineralized material within stope shapes generated at that base-case cut-off and minimum mining width. The company emphasized that the sensitivity is for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a new or updated Mineral Resource Estimate.

The PEA, being prepared by P&E, will evaluate potential underground mining scenarios, including the impact of different cut-off grades and mining constraints on recoverable material. The grade-tonnage sensitivity data will factor directly into that assessment. As quoted in the release, the data provides important additional insight as the company advances the PEA and highlights a higher-grade core that remains robust even at elevated cut-offs. The company continues to view Tully as a high-quality asset in the Timmins camp with a solid resource base and clear development potential.

The scientific and technical information was reviewed and approved by Curtis Ferron, P.Geo., and Eugene Puritch, P.Eng., both independent Qualified Persons under NI 43-101. The Mineral Resource Estimate and sensitivity data were prepared by Charles Spath and Eugene Puritch of P&E. The original release is available on www.newmediawire.com.

Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. The PEA is at an early stage, and there is no assurance that it will be completed on the timeline or terms currently contemplated, or that its results will be positive. Forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially.
