MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX) (OTC: MAXXF) (FRANKFURT: 89N) has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $5 million (CDN), marking the first large investment by a Vietnam-based company in Saskatchewan. The investment forms part of a strategic partnership with Bitexco affiliate Big Energy, positioning the Company to advance discovery efforts within what is emerging as a new primary clean energy sector.

High priority initial drill target areas have been identified for commencement of drilling in Q4 2025.
MAX Power is an innovative mineral exploration company focused on North America’s shift to decarbonization. In addition to its natural hydrogen portfolio, the Company holds properties in the United States and Canada focused on critical minerals, highlighted by a 2024 diamond drilling discovery at the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in southeast Arizona.
