MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) is set to showcase its pioneering Natural Hydrogen project at the upcoming IMAGE '26 conference in Houston. President and Director Chad Levesque will deliver a presentation on Aug. 19, detailing the company's exploration of the Lawson Complex in south-central Saskatchewan, which represents Canada's first confirmed subsurface Natural Hydrogen system.

The presentation comes as MAX Power advances a multi-well commercial validation program at Lawson, designed to assess the system's scale, continuity, reservoir characteristics, and commercial viability. The initial well, Lawson 2, encountered approximately 860 meters of continuous elevated Natural Hydrogen readings, including the highest readings recorded at the site to date. This drilling also provided evidence of an enhanced fracture system within the Precambrian basement complex, a key indicator for hydrogen accumulation.

With drilling now underway at Lawson 3, the company aims to gather a third data point to better understand the deposit's potential volume. The Lawson Complex is positioned as a potentially world-first large-scale commercial discovery of a new primary energy source, a claim that could have significant implications for the global energy transition.

Natural Hydrogen, also known as white or gold hydrogen, is generated naturally through geological processes and offers a low-carbon energy alternative. If commercially viable, it could provide a new, domestically sourced clean fuel, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and supporting decarbonization goals. The presentation at IMAGE '26, a premier event for applied geoscience and energy, underscores the scientific and commercial interest in this emerging resource.

MAX Power has built a dominant position in Saskatchewan, holding approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits covering prime exploration ground for large-volume Natural Hydrogen accumulations. The company is also advancing a portfolio of critical mineral properties, including a 2024 diamond drilling discovery at the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in Arizona.

The Lawson program's progress is being closely watched by industry experts and investors, as successful commercialization could establish Natural Hydrogen as a viable energy source.
