A single participant took on the Mega Pancake Challenge Thursday morning at Ol' South Pancake House in Fort Worth, attempting to consume 8 pounds of pancakes within one hour. The event, which began at 8:30 a.m. at the iconic University Drive location, quickly evolved into a full-restaurant experience as fellow guests and staff cheered on the challenger.
