CLEVELAND, OH — Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., LPA, a personal injury law firm, has announced the launch of its Helping Victims Scholarship, a $1,000 award for students who share the firm's commitment to aiding individuals harmed by negligence, recklessness, or malicious actions. The scholarship is open to students from any academic discipline, reflecting the firm's belief that many professions contribute to victim support.
In personal injury law, a victim is defined as someone who has suffered physical or psychological harm due to another's wrongful conduct. The firm's attorneys emphasize that helping victims secure resources for recovery is both a profession and a calling. Attorney Howard D. The scholarship recognizes that fields beyond law—such as social work, counseling, medicine, advocacy, and public policy—are essential in assisting victims. Attorney David A.
