Nicola Mining Secures $1 Million Strategic Investment Ahead of Planned NASDAQ Uplisting

Nicola Mining Inc. (TSXV: NIM) (FSE: HLIA) (OTCQB: HUSIF) has announced an additional $1 million strategic non-brokered private investment from Ocean Partners UK Limited. According to the company, the investment will strengthen its balance sheet as it prepares for a planned NASDAQ uplisting in the first quarter of 2026.

Under the terms of the offering, Ocean Partners has agreed to purchase up to 1,111,112 units at $0.90 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant exercisable at $1.10 per share for a period of three years. The offering is subject to customary conditions and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The investment is seen as a significant milestone for Nicola Mining as it advances toward listing on a major U.S. exchange. A NASDAQ uplisting would provide the company with increased visibility, access to a broader investor base, and enhanced liquidity for its shares.

Nicola Mining is a junior mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company maintains a 100% owned mill and tailings facility located near Merritt, British Columbia. It has signed Mining and Milling Profit Share Agreements with high-grade gold projects. The fully permitted mill can process both gold and silver mill feed via gravity and flotation processes.

In addition to its milling operations, Nicola Mining owns 100% of the New Craigmont Project, a high-grade copper property covering 10,913 hectares along the southern end of the Guichon Batholith. The property is adjacent to Highland Valley Copper, Canada's largest copper mine. The company also owns 100% of the Treasure Mountain Property, which includes 30 mineral claims and a mineral lease spanning over 2,200 hectares.

The strategic investment from Ocean Partners, a well-known participant in the base and precious metals markets, underscores confidence in Nicola Mining's growth strategy. The company expects the funds to support its operational initiatives and corporate development as it moves toward the NASDAQ listing.
