Noble Minerals Gears Up for 2,500-3,000 Meter Drill Program at Lucas Gold Project with $215,000 Ontario Grant

Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTCQB:NLPXF) has announced an update on its Lucas Gold Project, located approximately 30 km north of Timmins, Ontario, a region renowned for over 75 million ounces of gold production. The company is preparing for a drill program expected to total about 2,500 to 3,000 meters, backed by a $215,000 Ontario Junior Exploration Program (OJEP) grant from the Ontario Government. This funding underscores governmental support for junior exploration in Ontario and highlights the project's potential to contribute to the province's mining sector.

The Lucas Gold Project is situated in a prolific mining camp, 20 km northeast of the world-class Kidd Creek Mine, which is celebrating its 58th year of continuous production with over 150 million tonnes of ore, and about 20 km east of the Crawford Nickel Resource currently being developed by Canada Nickel. According to a general location map with local infrastructure, the area benefits from full industry services, supplies, and infrastructure in Timmins, with access via paved Highway 655, ample power and water, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with local First Nations. This robust infrastructure and community engagement are critical for efficient exploration and development.

However, a recent site visit determined that the drill program will require the establishment of a winter road for access, which needs time to create a stable, deep frozen base for heavy equipment. This logistical consideration may delay the start of drilling but ensures safe and effective operations. The project has not seen work since 2018, when Noble completed 15 NQ diamond drill holes totaling 3,184 meters over approximately 650 meters of strike length of a 1,700-meter gold mineralized structure identified from 2012 and 2018 airborne electromagnetic and differential magnetic surveys. The company also twinned three historical drill holes, confirming the presence of gold mineralization. For details on the 2018 drilling plan and mineralized zone outline, refer to Figure 3.

The Lucas Gold Project hosts six discrete untested induced polarization (IP) anomalous trends, only one of which has been investigated by diamond drilling to date. Gold mineralization is interpreted as structurally controlled, occurring as discrete lenses stacked within a pyrite-plus-gold mineralized tuffaceous unit. The planned drilling will focus on IP Anomaly A to further define gold mineralization and test the other five undrilled IP anomalies for similar potential. A plan of induced polarization zones projected to surface with collars of 2018 drilling and magnetic background illustrates these targets. The development of the project is divided into three phases: Phase 1 aims to establish gold grade and extend the mineralized strike length to approximately 1,700 meters; Phase 2 will verify gold mineralization in additional parallel IP anomalies; and Phase 3 involves geological modeling and NI43-101 resource definition.
