The 'Oinville-Saint-Liphard' project benefited from timely approval, granted in just 15 months, allowing PNE France to submit its bid promptly after the French government's relaunch of tenders in early April 2026. This relaunch followed the publication of the multiannual energy plan PPE3, which set the stage for renewed activity in the renewable energy sector.
