Royalty Management Holding Corporation Invests in SAGINT to Enhance Commodity Traceability via Blockchain

FISHERS, IN - December 3, 2025 - Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO), a company focused on acquiring and developing high-value assets in resource-driven and emerging technology industries, announced today that it will participate in an investment round for SAGINT Inc., a Chicago-based technology firm specializing in blockchain solutions for commodity traceability. The investment aims to support SAGINT's expansion of its platform that transforms tangible assets, particularly critical and rare earth minerals, into secure, tradable digital tokens on blockchain.

SAGINT's platform delivers tokenization, lifecycle management, and decentralized trading with real-time settlement, regulatory compliance, and transparent audit trails. This allows purchasers of commodities to verify that no resource is sourced from conflict regions or countries of concern. Royalty Management will leverage its portfolio companies to deploy SAGINT's proprietary platform, enhancing services for their customers and buyers.

Thomas Sauve, CEO of Royalty Management, emphasized the growing demand for verification of rare earth minerals produced outside of China. "Certain users of these elements have been seeking a way to verify that they have not been produced in China or some other country of concern, as a way to fortify the resilience of the supply chain. The tokenization that SAGINT has developed provides a much-needed solution to allow traceability of elements from the source," Sauve stated. He noted that SAGINT can track elements from recycled materials or ore-based bodies, giving comfort to industry and government users.

Jacob Clayton, CEO of SAGINT Inc., expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. "We are delighted to have Royalty Management Holding Corporation as a partner... Royalty Management's strategic focus on building a high-quality portfolio of resource royalties perfectly aligns with SAGINT's mission to deliver secure, transparent, and compliant digital asset solutions," Clayton said. He highlighted the shared commitment to innovation and long-term value creation in the critical minerals and resource sectors.

The investment is conditional upon successful completion of due diligence and is expected to close in early 2026. Royalty Management will participate alongside other private equity investors in SAGINT's next capital round. This move aligns with RMCO's strategy to add value across its platform, as seen in previous collaborations with portfolio companies like ReElement Technologies Corporation, a provider of refining capacity for rare earth and critical battery elements.

The partnership underscores the increasing importance of traceability in global supply chains, particularly for critical minerals essential to technology and defense sectors. By integrating blockchain-based tokenization, companies can ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical sourcing requirements, addressing concerns about supply chain vulnerabilities and geopolitical risks.
