Royalty Management Holding Corporation Reports 431% Revenue Surge in 2025 Audited Results

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) reported audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, revealing a substantial increase in revenues, interest income, and investment income of 431% to over $5.1 million, compared to approximately $965,000 in 2024. The growth was primarily driven by additional contractor services revenue from its wholly owned subsidiary, RMC Environmental Services LLC.

Total assets grew approximately 11% to over $16.6 million from about $15 million at the end of 2024. Stockholders' equity remained relatively stable at approximately $13.7 million, up slightly from $13.6 million. The company commenced an annual $0.01 per common share dividend in 2025, paid quarterly, which is continuing through 2026.

CEO Thomas Sauve highlighted key investments, including a new agreement with ReElement Technologies to develop patents for refining and separation technologies for rare earth and critical minerals. Under this agreement, Royalty Management will receive royalties on refined element sales. Sauve noted that this investment positions the company to benefit from renewed U.S. interest in domestic supply chains for critical minerals.

The company also formalized its cryptocurrency and datacenter investments under its subsidiary, The Vault Holdings Corporation, which initiated a capital raise in late 2025. Additionally, Royalty Management filed a Form S-3 shelf registration to opportunistically raise capital for acquisitions, though no draws were made as of year-end 2025.

Select portfolio holdings include ReElement Technologies (critical mineral and platinum group metal investments), RMC Environmental Services LLC, The Vault Holding Corporation, Ferrox Holdings Ltd., TR Mining, Advanced Magnet Lab, CASFER, and Heart Water. The company's net loss for 2025 was $726,891, compared to a net loss of $114,261 in 2024, primarily due to a fair value adjustment loss on warrants of $584,132.

Sauve stated: “As we look forward to 2026 and beyond, we will continue to aggressively seek for new ways to both expand our current portfolio of investments and invest in new opportunities. While our investment mandate is not necessarily limited to certain sectors, we remain primarily interested in investments and exposure in the resource extraction sector and intellectual property surrounding resources.”
