Scandium Canada Reminds Warrant Holders of Upcoming Expiry; Deadline to Instruct Brokers Is July 6, 2026

Scandium Canada Ltd. (TSX-V: SCD) is reminding holders of its outstanding share purchase warrants that the warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. The warrants were issued pursuant to the company's rights offering that closed on July 5, 2024. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of $0.05 until the Expiry Date.

Any warrants that remain unexercised as of the Expiry Date will expire, be cancelled and cease to be outstanding, without any shares being issued to the holders. The company emphasized that the exercise of warrants is voluntary, and holders must instruct their broker to exercise on their behalf. Because brokerage firms require instructions in advance of the Expiry Date to process exercises, holders wishing to exercise their warrants are encouraged to contact their broker no later than 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 6, 2026.

Holders should contact their broker directly to confirm the applicable internal deadlines and exercise procedures. General questions may be directed to the company by email at info@scandium-canada.com.
