SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), a developer of advanced and smart home platform technologies, announced on April 14, 2026, a strategic partnership agreement with prominent European hotel and real estate developer Jean-François Ott, founder of Group OTT. Under the agreement, SKYX's technologies will be deployed as a brand standard across Group OTT's existing and future hotels and buildings throughout Europe.
The collaboration is expected to significantly reduce time and cost during renovations and new builds, with potential savings of up to 90%. Group OTT, based in France, has developed over 250 hospitality, residential, and commercial projects valued at more than $4 billion over the past 35 years. Jean-François Ott expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “By integrating SKYX’s technologies into these properties, we will cut significant time and cost while advancing the lifestyle and safety standards of our hotels and buildings.”
SKYX's patented “smart ceiling” technology replaces fixed electrical wiring with an integrated ceiling receptacle system, enabling simplified installation, reduced labor and material costs, easier maintenance, and native integration of smart features. This innovation is akin to the historical emergence of standardized wall outlets, offering a structural upgrade to building infrastructure.
