SKYX to Deploy Smart Technologies in First European Hotel Renovation at Grand Hotel du Parc in France

SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) announced it will deploy its advanced smart technologies during a master renovation of The Grand Hotel du Parc, a historic hotel in La Bourboule, France, owned by Group OTT. This marks the company’s first European hotel collaboration and is expected to involve thousands of units, including ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, down lights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, and indoor and outdoor lights, among other products.

The hotel, formerly The Grand Medicis Hotel, currently has 100 rooms and suites, with plans to add 30 more. The renovation will cover rooms, suites, bars, restaurants, lobby, ballroom, spa, gym, meeting rooms, and corridors. SKYX’s technologies are designed to reduce renovation time and cost by up to 90%, a significant advantage for hotel owners. The deployment is part of a three-phase renovation and new build process.

Group OTT, which has developed over 250 buildings across Europe valued at over $4 billion, sees this as a strategic move. Jean-François Ott, Founder of Group OTT, stated, “By integrating SKYX’s technologies into these properties, we will cut significant time and cost while advancing the lifestyle and safety standards of our hotels and buildings.” The collaboration is expected to extend to additional hotels within the group.

Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX, expressed excitement about the deployment, noting that it provides opportunities for future recurring revenues through interchangeability, upgrades, AI services, monitoring, and subscriptions. The company is continuing discussions with other hotel groups and owners regarding the use of its technologies.

The Grand Hotel du Parc is located in La Bourboule, a leading thermal spa destination centered on health, wellness, and longevity tourism. The hotel’s integrated approach combines hospitality, residential offerings, food and beverage, and immersive experiences.

SKYX holds over 100 U.S. and global patents and pending patent applications, and owns 60 lighting and home décor websites. The company aims to make homes and buildings safe, advanced, and smart as the new standard. For more information, visit www.skyx.com or learn about Group OTT at www.groupott.com.
