Smoking Pig BBQ, the barbecue joint at 4379 N Las Vegas Blvd in North Las Vegas, is open for business under new management and already firing up its smokers. The neighborhood smokehouse is in the midst of a makeover, but the doors remain open throughout the renovation, ensuring regulars can still get their brisket, ribs, and pulled pork without interruption.
What isn't changing is the commitment to barbecue smoked low and slow. Every brisket, rack of ribs, and pork shoulder spends hours over smoke until tender and juicy. This approach has earned Smoking Pig its reputation as North Las Vegas's go-to for authentic barbecue.
Smoking Pig BBQ fans don't have to be in Las Vegas to enjoy it. The restaurant operates sister locations in Fremont and San Jose, California, maintaining the same low-and-slow philosophy coast to coast.
The restaurant offers catering for weddings, birthdays, graduations, corporate lunches, tailgates, and other events of any size across the valley. Additionally, a drive-thru and delivery service ensure that a plate of barbecue is never more than a few minutes away.
Coming soon to the Pig is a whole new look and hangout. The bar will reopen with cold drinks, TVs tuned to the big game, and a redesigned dining room. Military and family nights are also planned, honoring personnel from nearby Nellis Air Force Base and making it easy for local families to gather.
The full makeover reveal and grand celebration details will be announced soon. In the meantime, Smoking Pig BBQ invites the community to come hungry, meet the new team, and taste why it's considered the best BBQ in North Las Vegas.
