Spencer Aronfeld Named a 2026 Florida Super Lawyer for 13th Consecutive Year

Spencer Aronfeld, founder of Aronfeld Trial Lawyers and a board-certified civil trial lawyer, has been selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers 2026 in the practice area of Transportation and Maritime Law. This marks Aronfeld's 13th consecutive year on the Florida Super Lawyers list, from 2014 through 2026. He was also selected in 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010.

"I am honored to be selected to this year's list of Super Lawyers," said Spencer Aronfeld. "I am grateful to my colleagues for their nominations and to the Super Lawyers selection panel for recognizing my professional achievements. This recognition not only reflects my work, but our firm's continued commitment to achieving the best possible results for our clients and upholding the highest standards of the legal profession."

Aronfeld, born in Chicago and raised in Wichita, Kansas, graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. He founded Aronfeld Trial Lawyers, based in Coral Gables, Florida, and has dedicated his career to representing individuals against major corporations, including Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, and others. He has also taken on cases against pharmaceutical companies, retailers, hospitals, and insurance giants.

Beyond his legal work, Aronfeld runs the popular TikTok account @cruiseshiplawyer, which has more than 160,000 followers. Through the platform, he educates travelers about maritime law, passenger rights, and vacation safety. He also explains real-life cases and offers a behind-the-scenes look at lawsuits against major cruise lines, including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Disney.

In 2010, Aronfeld founded Lawyers to the Rescue, a nonprofit humanitarian initiative that provides legal aid and supports civil rights activism for people in need. His work has been featured in the American Association for Justice's Trial Magazine and other national legal and consumer publications.

According to Super Lawyers, the selection process recognizes outstanding attorneys across more than 70 practice areas who have achieved significant peer recognition and professional success. The list represents the top 5 percent of Florida lawyers, based on a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide lawyer survey, independent candidate research, and peer evaluations by practice area.

Aronfeld Trial Lawyers, founded in 1991, represents clients with serious injury claims involving maritime law, automobile accidents, premises liability, cycling accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, wrongful death, medical and dental malpractice, product liability, workplace injuries, sexual assault, and other matters. The firm's attorneys are bilingual in English and Spanish.
