Stonegate Capital Partners has announced the initiation of research coverage on Cassiar Gold Corp. (TSXV: GLDC), a move that underscores the company's recent advancements in its Cassiar Gold Property in British Columbia. The coverage follows a June 2025 NI 43-101 technical report and updated mineral resource estimate that significantly bolster the project's profile.
The updated estimate for the Taurus deposit outlines pit-constrained Indicated Mineral Resources of 8.8 million tonnes at 1.43 grams per tonne gold, totaling 410,000 ounces, plus Inferred Mineral Resources of 63.2 million tonnes at 0.95 g/t gold, representing 1.93 million ounces, using a 0.4 g/t gold cut-off. Notably, the company highlights that 91% of these ounces are within 150 meters of the surface, with mineralization starting at surface, suggesting potential for low-cost open-pit mining.
Cassiar Gold has been actively advancing the property through drilling programs. In 2024, the company completed 7,168 meters across 30 holes, followed by a 2025 program of 7,308 meters over 20 holes, with early positive results reported. These efforts aim to expand mineralization and improve continuity of the resource.
The Cassiar Gold Property is a 100%-owned, past-producing gold project with significant infrastructure already in place, including road access, airstrip, and permitted camp facilities. This existing infrastructure could reduce future development costs and timelines.
According to the announcement, Stonegate Capital Partners, a capital markets advisory firm providing investor relations and equity research, will provide ongoing coverage. Their affiliate, Stonegate Capital Markets (member FINRA), offers investment banking services. The initiation of coverage by a respected research firm may increase visibility and attract investor interest in Cassiar Gold Corp.
