Storagely 3.0.1 Rebuild Puts Self-Storage Operators in Control

Storagely, a website platform built for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a full rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company's history. The new version will make its public debut at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show from September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.

The self-storage industry has evolved, and operators face new constraints and questions. Storagely determined that the answer was not another round of incremental features but a new architecture written exclusively around how operators run their business. According to Austin Simmons, who became CEO in April 2026, operators have consistently voiced three desires: to be more hands-on rather than stuck behind support tickets, to launch new locations in days instead of weeks, and to let each facility stand out in its own market. "We stopped just adding features and decided it's time to rebuild around those pain points," Simmons said.

The rebuild introduces several key changes. More control comes through FLEX, a drag-and-drop editor that lets operators edit any block, swap layouts, and ship new pages in minutes without a developer. ATLAS, the new Location Profile Manager, consolidates every location's details—address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, amenities—into a single source of truth that automatically updates the website, replacing multiple spreadsheets and hours of work. With ATLAS Google Profile sync, a simple edit to a Google Business profile can update location details directly on the website. Together, these tools offer a faster path than the support ticket and allow customization so each facility has its own identity.

Faster launches are another benefit. New sites launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features move just as fast, allowing operators to stay agile and make quick decisions.

Better performance stems from a ground-up rebuild exclusively for self-storage: modern architecture, faster load times on mobile and desktop, improved page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. This is paired with a newly imagined one-page checkout that includes upgrades like a long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.

Simmons, previously COO, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform. Simmons has worked with Storagely across nearly a decade and several iterations of the business. "For years I've watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today," Leimone said. "3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he's the right person to lead it."

Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 during the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo. For more information, visit storagely.io.

This announcement matters because it represents a significant shift in how self-storage operators manage their online presence. By prioritizing operator control, speed, and performance, Storagely aims to empower businesses to adapt quickly and differentiate themselves in a competitive market. The rebuild could set a new standard for website platforms in the self-storage industry, potentially influencing how competitors approach their own offerings. With Simmons at the helm and Leimone's continued involvement, Storagely is positioning itself for a new era of innovation and growth.
