Located at 6764 Hickory Road, the new corporate-owned location is part of the company's strategy to expand its footprint across its home state. A formal ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted in partnership with the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for February 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Founder and CEO Luke Christian expressed enthusiasm about the new location, stating, 'Woodstock is a dynamic and growing community, and we are incredibly excited to be a part of the local retail scene. The Hickory Flat location offers the brand's signature menu items, including customizable bowls, grilled burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Every meal is made fresh to order using premium meats and vegetables, ensuring a high-quality experience. The restaurant features a spacious dining area and a vibrant salsa bar, allowing guests to personalize their meals. Options for dining in, quick pickup, and third-party delivery through DoorDash and Uber Eats are available. The restaurant also offers professional catering services for groups of 10 or more.
Operating daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Surcheros invites guests to download the Surcheros app through Google Play or the App Store to join the rewards program, where members earn points on every purchase redeemable for future meals and exclusive benefits.
