Synbio International Secures Exclusive Licensing Agreement for Nutraceutical Products, Paving Way for Near-Term Revenue

Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has taken a significant step toward generating revenue by signing a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc. The deal grants Synbio exclusive rights to commercialize MD PHD Wellness' proprietary nutraceutical formulations in the United States and Canada. This partnership is expected to accelerate Synbio's path to revenue by providing immediate access to scientifically developed products without the lengthy and costly process of in-house research and development.

The agreement covers MD PHD Wellness' flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical, which will be marketed under Synbio's Healing Force™ brand. It also establishes a framework for future collaboration on additional wellness products, creating a long-term pipeline. Under the terms, MD PHD Wellness will manage product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, while Synbio will focus on branding, marketing, sales, and distribution. After recovering approved costs, profits from product sales will be shared between the two companies.

Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, emphasized the transformational nature of the agreement. “Rather than building a nutraceutical business product by product, we have established a strategic partnership that combines MD PHD's product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio's commercialization capabilities. It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time, allowing management to focus on creating the greatest shareholder value - building brands, generating sales and expanding market presence.”

The scientific leadership behind MD PHD Wellness adds credibility to the venture. Dr. Robert Lawrence, a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering, has extensive experience in nutraceutical development. Co-founder Dr. David Anderson, a physician and researcher, played a key role in developing the licensed formulations and has collaborated with leading academic institutions and government agencies.

This move aligns with Synbio's broader strategy of building a diversified healthcare company. While the nutraceutical line aims to generate near-term revenue, Synbio continues to advance its AI-driven mental health technology, which uses facial analysis to screen for mental health conditions. The company believes this dual-track approach provides multiple avenues for growth and establishes recurring revenue to support ongoing innovation.

The global nutraceutical market is expanding rapidly, and this partnership positions Synbio to participate through a growing portfolio of products. By leveraging MD PHD's expertise, Synbio can focus on its core strengths in branding and commercialization. The agreement is a proactive step toward creating shareholder value by establishing a revenue stream that can fund future developments.

As Synbio moves forward, the success of this venture will depend on effective execution and market acceptance. However, the strategic partnership reduces the risks and costs associated with product development, allowing Synbio to potentially bring products to market more quickly and efficiently.
