Licensed cosmetologist NK, who specializes in highlighting, color, cuts, silk press, and loc maintenance, announced the grand opening and is now accepting new clients by appointment only.
NK began her career as a loctician, styling hair for family members before expanding her clientele. After graduating from the Ogle School cosmetology program and earning her license, she developed a passion for healthy hair care. “I have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for enhancing natural beauty,” NK said. “At The NK Effect, it's not just about a style—it's about providing an experience.”
The salon is located at the Salon and Spa Galleria Airport Freeway, a facility that offers salon suites for independent beauty and wellness professionals. With 23 locations nationwide, Salon and Spa Galleria is a growing privately held salon studio rental chain. The Bedford location serves downtown Fort Worth, Haltom City, the Riverside area, and Sundance Square, with easy access from major interchanges and roadways.
To celebrate the opening, The NK Effect Beauty Bar is offering a 10-percent discount for first-time clients. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled through NK's booking site.
