US Nuclear Corp Reports Third Quarter Profit, Reduces Liabilities, and Projects 2026 Revenue Growth

US Nuclear Corp (OTC: UCLE) reported a profit for the third quarter of 2025, according to its recently filed 10Q, and highlighted a $1.1 million reduction in total liabilities compared to a year ago. The company has resumed trading in its common stock and has begun work on its 2025 10K with new auditors Simon & Edward, LLP, signaling a commitment to timely filings in the future.

CEO Bob Goldstein outlined plans to reduce selling, general, and administrative expenses by up to $40,000 per month while adding experienced sales representatives and distributors to support a growing customer base. The company is launching marketing initiatives next week under the brand “Safe Energy Sentinels,” targeting customers with older radiation monitors and offering volume pricing, three-year guarantees, and free annual calibration. Goldstein stated, “We will be contacting our entire customer base, educating them of the need to replace any monitors older than our suggested 10-year life with our new models.”

US Nuclear also plans to expand marketing efforts to local police, fire departments, first responders, and government agencies. Goldstein believes these initiatives could double sales over the next 18 to 24 months, leading to record profits. Additionally, the company is in discussions with drone companies to mount its products on drones for monitoring reactor sites, accident and spill sites, and legacy oil and gas fields with abandoned wells emitting methane and carbon dioxide. “Methane is 100x more harmful to the environment than carbon-dioxide,” Goldstein noted.

The company projects a nearly 50% increase in 2026 revenues, building on the positive momentum from the third quarter. For more details, US Nuclear's filings are available at SEC EDGAR. The original press release can be viewed at NewMediaWire.
