We Lend, a private real estate lender active in New York and New Jersey, has launched a Wholesale Property Marketplace that directly connects property wholesalers with a network of more than 100,000 real estate investors, buyers, and professionals. The platform addresses a persistent friction point in wholesale real estate transactions: the gap between a property going under contract and a buyer who can close.
The marketplace operates as a deal-to-capital connection layer. Wholesalers submit properties to We Lend, where listings are reviewed and validated by the lending team before going live to the buyer network. Once approved, properties are visible to investors with financing infrastructure already in place. Buyers can move forward knowing that capital is available through We Lend’s credit lines, eliminating the financing uncertainty that often derails wholesale transactions.
Properties currently listed are concentrated in New York and New Jersey, with most priced above $300,000. The platform is open to investors of all experience levels, from established operators to newer entrants looking to evaluate deals and build acquisition experience.
Wholesale real estate transactions depend on a buyer pool that can act quickly and with certainty. In the current market, distressed inventory from maturing loans, stalled construction, and rent-stabilized assets is generating motivated seller opportunities, making deal velocity a competitive advantage. “One of the key successes at We Lend is connecting a wholesaler to one of our real estate investors who are always looking for properties,” said Ruben Izgelov, CEO and Co-Founder of We Lend. “What we have done is put that together through a marketplace where we are asking our wholesalers to enter the properties they have, and then bringing our investor network to that marketplace for them to start searching and buying these properties.”
Unlike general listing platforms, We Lend’s marketplace embeds the lending function at the point of listing. Properties are reviewed for eligibility before going live, so buyers see inventory that has passed a basic credit review. This reduces late-stage financing failures that commonly cause wholesale deals to collapse. We Lend has funded more than 1,400 loans totaling over $700 million in originations across the region. Its institutional capital stack, including a credit line with Webster Bank (merging with Santander Bank), supports the lending capacity for buyers on the platform.
The platform serves investors across experience levels. For established operators, the value is deal access and execution speed. For newer investors, it provides visibility into live wholesale inventory with financing infrastructure to act on it. The company views the educational aspect of that access as a meaningful utility. Wholesalers and investors can submit properties or connect with We Lend through its existing channels. We Lend is actively expanding its partner network and buyer community as the platform scales.
