Western Star Resources Engages Dahrouge Geological Consulting for Tungsten Asset Evaluation

Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) (FRA: 4K2) announced that Dahrouge Geological Consulting has joined its technical team to assist in the evaluation and future exploration of the company's past-producing tungsten assets in Nevada and New Mexico. The collaboration is expected to accelerate the definition of drill targets and the consolidation of technical data into a comprehensive geological model.

Blake Morgan, CEO of Western Star Resources, stated that Dahrouge has been reviewing and analyzing technical data at the past-producing Eagle Point Mine in New Mexico to define drill targets across known surface mineralization. The team is working to consolidate all available data into a well-developed technical presentation and model. The intermediate goal is to develop a comprehensive program to drill the historical noncompliant resource, with the aim of moving toward a mineral resource estimate (MRE) after the initial maiden drill program in 2026.

Dahrouge Geological Consulting is a North American mineral exploration, consulting, and project management group with offices in Edmonton and Montreal, Canada, and Denver, Colorado. Support for Western Star will be based out of the Denver office, where the team provides regional expertise in site-specific geology and resource evaluation. Dahrouge offers professional geological, logistical, and project management services to the mining and mineral resource industry, including project generation, program design, geophysics, project evaluation, and geology and resource estimations.

Jacob Anderson, Certified Professional Geologist at Dahrouge Consulting, expressed enthusiasm about working with Western Star to better understand the geology and mineralization of the Eagle Point Mine. He noted that Dahrouge will work aggressively to advance the understanding of Eagle Point's resource potential while helping to de-risk and expand the mineral resource of the project.

The engagement of Dahrouge underscores Western Star's commitment to revitalizing North America's tungsten supply. The company is focusing on past-producing tungsten assets in historically important mining districts and positioning itself to participate in the growing demand for secure domestic critical minerals.
